An emergency-preparedness planner that works with no internet, ever. Build a plan for each scenario out of the sections it actually needs, keep your go-bags checked off, and hand the whole thing to someone else’s phone by QR code — no Wi-Fi, no signal, no account.
Served straight from my own server — no app store, no account, no tracking.

Plans and sections
Unlimited plans, one per scenario (house fire, hurricane, bug-out, anything), each tagged Evacuation, Shelter-in-Place, Severe Weather, Medical, Communication, or General and color-coded on the home screen
📻 PACE plan — Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency ways to communicate, shown as clear P/A/C/E cards
🚗 Evacuation plan — routes, destinations, what triggers leaving, and a meeting point with a real GPS pin
🏠 Shelter-in-place — gas, water, and electric shutoff locations, safe room, where supplies are cached
📇 Emergency contacts, 🩺 medical info (blood type, allergies, medications, conditions, doctor, insurance), and 📍 meeting points — repeatable lists
📝 Custom sections — name your own fields (text, notes, number, yes/no, GPS location)
⭐ Save any filled-in section — your family PACE plan, your usual contacts — as a default and drop it into other plans in one tap
👪 A reusable People roster: add someone once with their phone number, then pick them for any plan
Every section opens read-only first, so checking a plan in a hurry can never change it by accident; editing is behind an explicit ✏️ tap
Long-press and drag to reorder entries in any list
Supply checklists
🎒 Seven built-in templates: General Bug-Out Bag, Severe Weather, Hurricane, Cold Weather, Wildfire, Vehicle Kit, and a one-day Mobile Comms bag built around a handheld radio
Every template is yours to edit, duplicate, delete, or restore — or make your own, or save any checklist as a template
Tap ➕ for a box of every piece of gear, grouped by category; tick what you want or type your own, and anything you type becomes a preset for every other list
Items grouped by category (water, food, medical, tools, light & power, shelter & warmth, communication, and more) with live packed counts
Set your household size (people and pets) once and quantities like “1 gal/person/day, 3-day minimum” are worked out for you
Have / Need numbers flag what you’re short on; rotate-by dates flag expired items in red
Weekly reminder for anything expired or expiring within 30 days (optional)
Tap items off as you pack, move packed items to the bottom, and Reset to start fresh before the next trip or storm
When it’s real
🚨 Emergency view — one big-text screen per plan: where to meet, who to call (one tap opens the dialer), how to communicate, how to get out, utility shutoffs, and medical info
🧭 Distance and compass direction to any saved GPS pin (“2.3 mi, bearing 214° SW”) from GPS alone — no map download, no signal
A home-screen widget showing your pinned plan’s meeting point and phone numbers at a glance
Hand off to whatever maps app you have for turn-by-turn, when you have one
Sharing and backup
📤 Share a whole plan phone-to-phone by QR code — no Wi-Fi, no signal, no account; a big plan becomes a short auto-advancing sequence of codes the other phone’s camera reassembles
Share checklist templates and gear presets the same way
💾 Back up everything to one file and restore it on any phone — restoring only adds, it never overwrites what’s already there
📄 Export any plan as a PDF to print as a paper backup
✅ Each plan shows when it was last reviewed and last shared, with an optional reminder every 90 days to look it over
Offline reference
📖 A built-in guide with search: First Aid, Water & Food, Fire & Warmth, Shelter, Signaling & Navigation, Communication, Sanitation & Hygiene, Evacuation & Travel, and Utilities & Hazards
Short, scannable how-to topics written to be read on a small screen under stress — general knowledge, not a substitute for real training
Privacy and permissions
No internet permission at all — the app has nothing to talk to even if it wanted to. Your plans live only on your phone
No account, no sign-up, no ads, no analytics
Camera — only to scan a plan or template someone shares with you
Location — only when you tap “use current location” or ask for distance and direction to a pin
Notifications — only for the optional review and expiry reminders
Start at boot — only to re-arm those reminders after your phone restarts

Install
Download the APK above on your phone, then install it — Android will ask you to allow “Install unknown apps” for your browser the first time
Google Play Protect may warn that the app is from an unknown developer, or offer to scan it first. That’s expected for any app installed outside the Play Store — tap More details → Install anyway (or let it scan; it will pass). The app has no internet permission, so there’s nothing it could send even if it wanted to
Open DT Prep — a short walkthrough runs the first time (replay it any time from the ❔ icon)
Tap + to create your first plan, then add a PACE plan, evacuation plan, supply checklist, or whatever it needs
Set your household size from the ⋮ menu on the home screen so checklist quantities are worked out for you
